ICE MONSTER此次推出的新品「獨角獸綿花甜」，充滿了ICE MONSTER創辦人暨廚藝總監「羅駿樺」對於女兒濃濃的愛；創作靈感來自女兒和姪女最喜愛的獨角獸。這款特別研發的「獨角獸綿花甜」，是以羅先生多年來對於台灣農產品的熟悉度和經驗，挑選出台南地區的紅肉火龍果和屏東檸檬為基底，打造出擁有水果清香、綿密口感的粉嫩雙色冰，再撒上繽紛糖粒與增添趣味的跳跳糖，最後以植物性鮮奶油製成做點綴，口感清爽；每一口都是視覺和味覺的雙重饗宴，感受酸中帶甜、入口即化的沁涼口感，重拾童年最純真的歡樂時光！

首次結合烘焙領域 搶先曝光秋冬新品「金礦可頌冰」和「煤礦可頌冰」

除了全新「獨角獸綿花甜」，ICE MONSTER也在永康創始店搶先推出秋冬新品「金礦可頌冰」和「煤礦可頌冰」，分別為芒果和黑芝麻口味；跳脫過往皆以純冰品或熱甜品為主的形式，首次結合烘焙領域，展現延伸於鮮果和冰品專業的決心。創新的「金礦可頌冰」結合清新爽口的芒果雪酪和現烤酥脆可頌，底層舖上口感清爽的植物性鮮奶油，再淋上特製的新鮮土鳳梨醬與新鮮芒果粒，每一口都能吃到多層次的新奇口感；而「煤礦可頌冰」則是採用濃郁的黑芝麻雪酪與可頌，除了鮮奶油之外，也搭配上飽滿Q彈的珍珠，再淋上獨門特製的焦糖醬，甜蜜好滋味令人陶醉；其冰火交融的全新創意吃法，顛覆對冰品的既定印象！

為了提供消費者最舒適愉悅的用餐空間，ICE MONSTER永康創始店的店面設計也充滿巧思，除了品牌一貫的招牌黃、藍色系為主視覺基調之外，也特別以創辦人羅先生的性格特色為發想原點，創造出一個非典型的甜品概念空間。ICE MONSTER永康創始店的空間展現創辦人活潑外向、不拘泥傳統的性格，以創新的思維將「輕建築」的概念導入桁架結構並結合吧台作為店內的主要視覺點，再透過四部大型屏幕輪播ICE MONSTER餐點介紹和冰塊人趣味動畫，達到吸睛的效果；搭配代表創辦人內心純樸一面的木質、水磨石材質，帶給消費者像家一樣的溫馨用餐氣氛。

一樓入門左側牆上也特別設計一面英文圈字遊戲牆，將各種水果的單字隱藏其中，讓消費者可以體驗文字遊戲的趣味。其中最搶眼的是以非霓虹材質所設計的品牌LOGO，繽紛色彩成為消費者必訪的打卡點；兩層樓的挑高空間，加上大片落地窗引進的明亮採光，整體店內裝潢更充滿ICE MONSTER最具代表性的冰塊人，以各種不同逗趣神情迎接來店用餐的消費者，讓人感到驚喜又會心一笑，不論在店裡的哪個角落拍照都好看，喜歡IG打卡的少女們千萬別錯過！
