國家級榮譽! 六福皇宮林瑞彬主廚 獲頒「金帽獎」


201710230005 (2)被譽為廚師界的金馬獎,由衛生福利部食品藥物管理署選拔表揚的「FDA優良廚師金帽獎」,10月20日下午公布106年度得獎名單,38位得獎優良廚師必須三廚(廚德、廚藝、廚政)兼備,在「品德修養、專業貢獻、技術能力、終身學習、社會公益」等方面有傑出表現才能獲得評審肯定贏得殊榮。台北威斯汀六福皇宮祇園日本料理主廚林瑞彬,從業20年來,秉持著對餐飲的熱忱,以及食材選用、餐點品質、口味豐富上的重視和堅持,在擅長的日式料理屢次創作出令人驚豔的作品,不僅在「第八屆國際華裔烹飪技術大賽」拿下白金獎,今年8月更首次代表台灣,參加「2017紐西蘭國際名廚挑戰賽」奪得個人項目金牌,並於今日「FDA優良廚師金帽獎」獲得評審一致認同,摘下「金帽獎」殊榮。
