冬日,屬於歡慶的季節。英國皇室御用唐寧茶重新定義冬季節慶派對,攜手台北喜來登大飯店,打造限量藝術下午茶,以茶的優雅氣質成就時尚藝術風茶派對!2017年12月1日(五)至2018年1月15日(一)於台北喜來登大廳酒吧限量推出「藝遊茶饗花園」藝術午茶饗宴,由英國剪紙藝術家Tim Budden以TWININGS鉑金系列茶品為發想之創作概念,與喜來登甜點主廚一起為喜愛食尚氛圍的消費者帶來充滿時尚藝術氣息的午茶派對。


201711230003 (1)擁有淬鍊超越三世紀的拼配工藝,TWININGS善於應用自然的諸多元素,如茶葉與花、草打造品味出眾的茶款,因此,英國紙雕藝術家Tim Budden以詮釋自然的角度出發,採環狀設計,代表自然的循環流轉,並以彩蝶於花間飛舞之姿,展現自然絢麗迷人的一面。台北喜來登點心房行政主廚黃福壽於甜點意象中精妙地傳達Tim Budden的藝術理念,「Cannoli奶油甜餡煎餅卷」以綠茶蘇菠蘿鋪底,打造一片綠意盎然的自然景致,呼應Tim Budden作品中生生不息之概念,並藉由黃主廚巧手以巧克力打造一雙翩翩起舞的「蝴蝶」置於盤中上,彷彿被整座花園給吸引駐足停留,當翅膀翩然舞動的那一刻,為整座「藝遊茶饗花園」揭開暖冬序曲!「Cannoli奶油甜餡煎餅卷」外皮由雞蛋、麵粉與TWININGS經典皇家伯爵茶所調製而成,捲附在空心鐵管中烘烤成空心蛋捲,再經油炸成酥脆的麵皮殼,最後填入奶香馥郁的Ricotta餡料,並拌入橙皮蜜餞提味,濃郁乳酪香氣與細膩醇實的茶香伴隨其中,驚豔味蕾令人陶醉!
