The iF Design Award is organized annually by the world’s oldest independent design organization, Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH. Since 1953, designers, manufacturers and users have looked to iF as a sign of good design. The 63-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, judged over 6,400 entries from 54 countries vying to receive the seal of quality.
“We are delighted to be able to take home 12 iF Design Awards as it recognizes the outstanding capabilities and work of our colleagues in Industrial Design and Research & Development to ensure the synergy of form and functionality,” said Tiffany Huang, president of Corporate Marketing, Business Planning and Operations at Acer.
“In addition, our results this year held special significance for us as it is the first time designs pertaining to Predator gaming devices have led the way for Acer with six awards,” she said.
Predator Orion 9000 Gaming Desktop
The commanding aesthetics of the Predator Orion 9000 series feature a black-and-silver spacecraft-like exterior with customizable RGB lighting along the sides of the front bezel. Predator Gadget products utilize a hexagonal geometric structure for packaging. This approach synergizes with the essence of the Predator brand and further delivers in areas of consistency, sophistication and brand expression.
