7-ELEVEN攜手日本東京拉麵之王「麵屋一燈」策略聯盟合作 拉麵控尖叫!「胡麻冷沾麵」vs.「雞唐揚炒飯」台灣限定登場

7-ELEVEN鮮食表現亮眼,尤以正餐類米飯、麵食成長快速,業績較前年大幅提升近1成,顯示落實基本功、豐富結構之策略奏效。7-ELEVEN持續強化成長動能,發展策略合作新模式,與國內外餐飲品牌本店同步推出新商品。首波與日本東京拉麵之王─「麵屋一燈」策略聯盟,將其去年限定的熱銷「胡麻冷沾麵」(售價75元)及2018年全新菜單「雞唐揚炒飯」(售價79元),搶先一個月於7-ELEVEN上市,讓全台民眾嚐鮮,預估將引發一波話題。而7-ELEVEN未來將與麵屋一燈持續推出新菜單外,也期望與更多國內外知名餐飲品牌跨界合作,讓全台7-ELEVEN成為各式美食的專門店。

201805090001 (7).jpg    麵屋一燈在日本有拉麵之王稱號,曾經蟬聯7年、榮獲日本最權威美食評鑑網Tabelog評為拉麵冠軍,前年開始跨足海外、台灣為第一家海外市場,創下單日近千人排隊的盛況,後來又進軍香港及泰國。而麵屋一燈最出名的代表作是「濃厚魚介沾麵」,其美味關鍵在於醬汁是以魚介(即多種魚類、貝類)長時間熬煮,加入特製的白芝麻醬以黃金比例調配而成,配菜則是法式料理低溫舒肥法烹煮的熟成雞胸肉,口感鮮嫩不油膩,堪稱絕品。

7-ELEVEN表示,根據行政院主計處調查,目前台灣高達93%的民眾是外食族,其中34%的年輕族群每週更超過4天會在外解決三餐。根據7-ELEVEN統計,去年到7-ELEVEN購買正餐(包括麵食、燴炒飯、便當)的消費者首度突破1億人次,其中麵食更是成長力道最大的類別。此外,哈日、哈韓潮流帶動百貨中餐飲的日、韓專賣店林立,根據調查,國人最愛前3名依序是丼飯專賣店、拉麵店及烏龍麵店,顯見口味、豐富性是受到國人青睞的關鍵,因此7-ELEVEN也期望透過與麵屋一燈合作,以專門店的做法及獨門配方,轉化到7-ELEVEN現代化的鮮食製程,推出的兩支新品預估引發一波搶購熱潮。

7-ELEVEN補充說明,除了外食市場和消費熱潮因素外,幾年來鮮食基本功持續升級,並不斷優化食材及製程,朝新製程新素材新定位新設備新結構5大新元素精進。此次與麵屋一燈合作,針對「新製程」與國內大廠歷時半年首度開發低溫熟成雞胸肉,帶動產業升級;「新素材」則首次將魚介粉加入醬汁中,呈現多層次的甘甜滋味。而該結構更首次聯名合作的「新定位」作法,克服製程將專門店作法轉化到鮮食廠烹調的規格,結合雙方Know How,共同打造出風味一致的專門店料理,創造雙贏。麵屋一燈社長坂本幸彥表示,品質一向是麵屋一燈的堅持,除使用最好的食材,「從第一碗到第三百碗麵,味道都一樣」更是事業經營的信念。這次首度跨海與台灣便利商店合作,也是看在7-ELEVEN在製程、品質及食材的要求都與麵屋一燈有著相同高標準的堅持,加上超過5,200家門市的通路便利性,期望透過與7-ELEVEN合作讓更多台灣消費者能更進一步認識、享受到麵屋一燈的美味料理。

 

此次7-ELEVEN與麵屋一燈推出的聯名商品「胡麻冷沾麵」,主素材使用魚介、白芝麻醬及低溫熟成雞胸肉;「雞唐揚炒飯」則以麵屋一燈的獨門肉燥及蒜味雞唐揚為主素材,兩款聯名商品即日起率先於7-ELEVEN共1,500間門市推出、5月21日全台超過5,200間7-ELEVEN正式上市,讓國人就近在巷口吃到美味及CP值兼具的日本最強排隊拉麵名店料理,以下為商品介紹:

    1. 商品介紹:台灣麵屋一燈2017年限定販售的人氣商品。
    2. 關鍵食材:添加小麥胚芽冷麵體、魚介醬汁、法式料理手法的低溫熟成雞胸肉。
    3. 作法說明:
      • 麵體」由日本技術指導,添加小麥胚芽,7道壓延工法,麵體Q彈咀嚼中帶有微微小麥香氣,堅持採用粗麵體,不僅能大量吸附醬汁,更可吃到麵的原味與嚼勁。
      • 醬汁」以魚介增添香味,為呼應台灣各地民眾口味,將一燈原店的魚介中的鯖魚改採國人喜愛的沙丁魚(即俗稱小魚乾)來增加香氣,搭配本店原汁原味的鰹魚配方,輔以中、重烘焙的白芝麻醬,最後以黃金比例調配,單純風味中帶有多層次。
      • 低溫熟成雞胸肉」,採用法式料理手法與日式料理結合,全程以5段式低溫溫控,讓雞胸肉慢慢熟化,製作時間成本較以往多出2倍,吃起來肉質更加軟嫩多汁。
