The 3-in-1 Expo held last year received an enthusiastic response. This year’s “Kaohsiung Int’l Food Show”, “Kaohsiung Int’l Hotel, Restaurant, Baking and Catering Show” and “Kaohsiung Int’l HALAL Expo” will continue to showcase southern Taiwan’s leading power of food industry. From October 25th to 28th , the trio shows welcome your visit at Kaohsiung Exhibition Center.
One of the highlights presented by Kaohsiung Food Show is the freshest seafood from southern Taiwan. Marine Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government and Taiwan Frozen Seafood Industries Association jointly lead aquatic products manufacturers to showcase their pride. These include gentian grouper of Sun Young, juicy dried bamboo shoot with stewed pork fish balls of Li An Shin, Just Champion’s sakura shrimp, frozen prepared eel and frozen salted and dried fish series as well as Hong Yu’s squid sausage. On the other hand, Agricultural Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government will lead the local farmers’ associations and producers together with sales and marketing team to display fresh fruits, vegetables, fruit vinegar and juice drinks. Come and enrich yourselves with the diverse agricultural and fishery products.
In addition to Taiwan’s local specialties, national pavilions representing the culture of various countries are even more eye-catching. Attention from meat importers! Kyoto Kuroge wagyu and Tokyo Yamagata beef will be unveiled in Japan Pavilions! Korean Pavilion features Korea’s leading mustard manufacturer, offering a variety of mustard-related products. Belgian Pavilion’s main focus are on chocolate and beer, while German Pavilion will promote their grape wine (don’t drink and drive and no under-age drinking.) More exotic cuisines will be demonstrated in the pavilions of Central and South America, Singapore and Vietnam. 2018年高雄國際食品、飯店、清真展
10月底開創無與倫比美味商機
