財團法人余夢燕新聞文教基金會
財團法人余夢燕新聞文教基金會係為紀念英文中國郵報故發行人余夢燕女士一生對我國新聞事業、新聞教育以及國際傳播之貢獻而設立。
基金會成立於民國八十一年十二月，其宗旨在提升新聞教育水準促進國內外新聞與文化交流，加強中外溝通與瞭解提高英文教育與資訊水平，以及積極參與或協助各級政府機關和團體之各種社會公益活動。
余夢燕女士早年留學美國，進入哥倫比亞大學攻讀新聞學並獲碩士學位，回國後便立即投身新聞文化工作與廣告事業，作育英才、貢獻所學。民國四十一年九月三日，余夢燕女士與夫婿黃遹霈先生共同創立政府遷台後台灣第一份英文報紙「英文中國郵報 The China Post」。
余夢燕女士熱愛新聞工作並以一生奉獻新聞事業。此外，余夢燕女士更以其極佳的英文造詣致力國際傳播，協助我政府拓展國民外交。因長期工作的勞累，終而積勞成疾，於民國八十一年十月與世長辭。爲繼其遺志，英文中國郵報特成立「財團法人余夢燕新聞文教基金會」以紀念這位女報人輝煌的一生。
基金會近年來所舉辦之活動，例如與入出國及移民署合辦(國際生活環境電子報週年慶祝活動、百人外籍人士歡慶端午佳節包粽活動、外籍人士多元文化年菜活動、移民日擺攤活動…)、與國際接軌，介紹台灣，基金會董事宣中文博士應國際迎新總會Welcome Clubs International邀請，前往羅馬參加2011年國際理監事會議、台北商業處時尚美食饗宴、介紹國樂之美，連續2年舉辦國樂演奏會（備受各駐台使節及代表熱烈參與）、古蹟之旅、茶文化之旅、地質生態之旅、高中英文教師研習營，此外並與英國文化協會合辦台北教育大學、中山女中、松山高中等校園演講活動、大直高中、成淵高中、復興高中等學校合辦提升英文教育活動。與至善基金會合辦原住民青少年關懷服務方案、與英文中國郵報合辦大專院校、外籍人士看台灣(Eye On Taiwan)、地方圖書館贈報活動。

故宮5/26曬書節開跑 打造清明上河圖市集

國立故宮博物院為推廣文化教育更普及化，5月26日開始至6月3日於北部院區一樓廣場舉辦「穿越宋代─重返清明上河圖市集」曬書節活動，以清明上河圖復古市集型式呈現曬書節活動。活動獨家釋出《故宮文物月刊》早期的絕版期數，包括特展圖錄、文創商品及名畫福袋等，全面2折起，現場更有復古互動遊戲，重現古代市集氛圍，帶民眾造訪清明上河圖市集，輕鬆用銅板價把國寶藏書帶回家。
