Filipino caregiver among 10 people killed by powerful quake in Hualien

Taiwan’s rescuers have found the body of a Filipino caregiver at a collapsed residential building in Hualien, bringing to 10 the number of people killed by a magnitude 6 earthquake which struck the eastern coastal county on Tuesday.
