Going green in Taipei: Free coffee for cyclists at YouBike stations and free parking for electric scooters

The Taipei City Government has designated each Friday as “Green Transportation Day,” during which it offers free coffee and snacks for cyclists at certain YouBike stations.

Greater Taipei’s new “All-Pass Ticket” offers commuters unlimited rides at NT$1,280 per month or NT$42 per day

The Taipei City and New Taipei City governments have jointly announced the launching of an “All-Pass Ticket,” which will allow commuters to have unlimited rides of the metro system and public buses within Greater Taipei for a month at just NT$1,280 or NT$42 per day.
