Taipei Breakers, a junior girls football team sponsored by Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei, has won the second place of the JSSL 7’s junior football tournament in Singapore.
JSSL 7’s tournament is held in April every year since 2013. The games are all 7 vs. 7 and have 350 teams from 15 nations in total.
Taipei Breakers is the first girls team from Taiwan to travel to Singapore for the event. There were 9 girls in the squad and they were in the ‘Under 12’ category. The players had a 3-month training — with three times a week by the professional Master Football Academy.
