Modern practices, while arguably significantly advanced compared to the limits of the past, still has rooms for improvement when considering the potentials of convenience and efficacy through incorporation with AIoT.

Through smart tech, data and management could be drastically expedited and simplified, while the stress load of medical personnel could be significantly eased thanks to the power of calculation through advanced algorithms. The goal of imedtac, is to bring such potentials to life, through the company’s expertise in smart healthcare engineering. Currently, imedtac’s Smart Hospital Solution includes a plethora of traditional hardware that are enhanced through synchronization with AIoT.

“Transforming Healthcare Through AIoT.”
imedtac was founded upon the company slogan of “Transforming Healthcare Through AIoT.” With such goal in mind, the company has created many products that showcase how integration with AIoT could significantly improve traditional healthcare products. For example, the company’s Multi-function Smart Vital Signs Station is a measurement station that also makes appointments for patients. The technology could quickly provide an accurate physical information of a patient to nurses and doctors, saving time for medical professionals efficiently, while reminding patients of their upcoming appoitments. Other products such as the Smart Mattress, is an enhanced bed mattress that relief the responsibility of caretakers by monitoring physical conditions of bedridden patients.

Caretakers of such patients would receive accurate readings and warnings of their patients in real-time, enabling care providers to administer the right treatment to their patients, such as timely body repositioning and turning.

Such innovation was what gave the company its recognition, so much so that the company has recently teamed up with private hospitals in Thailand to pride the country with its revolutionary healthcare technology.

Multi-function Smart Vital Signs Station drew attention of private hospitals in Thailand, bringing the convenience Taiwan engineering to the people of Thailand
The Multi-function Smart Vital Signs Station (iMVS), is imedtac’s flagship smart healthcare product. The station comes with a plethora of wellness hardware, including a built-in ultrasound body height detector, seated body weight scale, medical grade tunnel sphygmomanometer, and wireless thermometer, serving as a pre-diagnosis solution for doctors. Instead of wasting the time of doctors, nurses and fellow patients, users of the iMVS could present the conditions of their bodies to healthcare personnel quickly from the kiosk to the electronic devices of their healthcare providers. The kiosk also takes measurements that are more accurate than traditional instruments, thanks to the integration from newer technologies such as the ultrasound body height detector and wireless thermometer.

The kiosk’s convenience and engineering drew the attention of many hospitals both domestically and internationally, as it is an integral piece in constructing a modern smart hospital. Most notably, the kiosk could be found in private hospitals such as the Bangkok Christian Hospital in Thailand. According to Anutin Charnvirakul, Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister as well as the nation’s Minister of Public Health, Thailand would soon be upgrading all of its public hospitals into smart hospitals through smart healthcare solutions such as the iMVS.

As a part of the nation’s “Thailand 4.0 Smart Hospital” policy, the iMVS has also been tasked with various other responsibilities aside from its health inspection functions. The product has the capacity to aid Thailand hospitals register out-patients and print queue cards, so as to reduce the time spent waiting. The system has the ability to check on appointments and healthcare benefit coverages for patients as well, ensuring the benefits of patients at every level. Finally, iMVS can also send reminders of appointments to patients through social media applications.

Since the system has garnered international recognition, imedtac has made sure that the software of iMVS is easily customizable in various language formats.

iHospital solution usher healthcare into new millennia, fully equipped with new technology to increase patientcare and surgery efficiency
With an arsenal of AIoT healthcare products at the company’s disposal, imedtac has designed various kinds of customizable iHospital solutions for all disciplines of healthcare.

When it comes to caregiving, imedtac’s package could include the company’s renowned Smart Mattress, as well as the Smart Time-of-Flight (ToF) Care System to monitor the actions and statuses of patients at any time. The system adopts 3D ToF depth perception technology, and protects the privacy of patients using de-recognition. The technology uploads real-time data and analyses care status to reduce the workloads of caregivers. Finally, the tech comes with proactive patient status notification, reducing the risk of sustaining repercussions from injuries, so as to improve the quality of patientcare.

Another field of healthcare in which the company’s iHospital solutions are perfect for application, is surgery.

To ensure surgical safety, the company engineered a Smart Operating Room (OR) Management System. OR teams may check and confirm every step of a procedure before, during and after the operation. The system could also integrate with an OR scheduling system so that it may track the progress of surgeries and provide a detailed status update to all OR personnel.

During a surgery, imedtac’s IMRobot-T could help improve efficiency and accuracy through medical logistics. The product has the capability to arrange medicine and instrument delivery, helping to shorten the length of surgeries.

Finally, during post-surgery care, imedtac’s Automated Dispensing Cabinet is a smart product that provides proper medical care to patients. The system simplifies the duties of pharmacists, using facial recognition and ID card authentication to help pharmacists keep more accurate records of patients and their prescribed medications.
